The goal of our company is first and foremost to promote and preserve Peoria’s architectural heritage by saving and reusing antique home materials. We believe old home owners are not just occupants, but stewards. Our homes are entrusted to us to care for and pass on to the future generations. These homes are our city’s treasure and we hope to do our small part to help preserve them. This grant is to be used to increase the value and functionality of older homes in Peoria with historically appropriate materials.
This grant of a $250 credit will be awarded to one recipient once a quarter on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st. Applications are due one week before the deadline.
